About Pressed
A fan-made project, not a product.
Pressed turns your Spotify listening history into a one-of-one album cover: a mosaic built from your top tracks' own artwork, a title you write yourself, and a fake "runout etching" catalog number stamped in the corner for good measure. Same idea as receipt-style listening recaps, but pressed into the shape of a record sleeve instead of a printed receipt.
What it does
- Reads your top tracks over a time window you choose — last 7 days, 4 weeks, 6 months, or all time.
- Tiles the cover art from those tracks into a grid, with the track name overlaid on each tile.
- Lets you set your own album title and pick how many tracks to include.
- Exports a 1080×1920 image sized for Instagram Stories, with your cover, title, and a few "liner note" details.
What it doesn't do
Pressed only ever reads data — it never modifies your Spotify library, playlists, or account in any way. The cover image itself is drawn entirely in your browser; nothing about the artwork you generate is sent anywhere unless you choose to download it.
